about

Recorded live with no studio overdubs... This is the band in the raw playing the songs in the way most of the tracks were written, on acoustic instruments.

The recording took place at the launch performance of the bands second album 'Radio Candy', at Auckland's Nathan Club rooms.

The recording of the performance was not intended tor release, but as a record of the night for the band. It was only after reviewing the recordings with Co producer Markus Couldrey that they realised it captured something special and was worth sharing.

about

The Symphony of Screams Auckland, New Zealand

Auckland 4 piece The Symphony of Screams describe their sound as ‘Alternative / grunge ’, but to quote that bible of heavy, Kerrang! magazine, sound like “NZ Napalm who hammer it home all the way”.
